If you have been a regular to this blog then you know I have never really mentioned my culinary skills. Well...so far there has never been anything worth mentioning. But today is a milestone day. Why? For the first time I prepared home made Matar Paneer thanks to a recipe on YouTube.
I had never imagined the dish would turn out this great. I have learnt cooking the hard way over the last 8 years, so needless to say my hopes were minimal. Nevertheless, I present my latest accomplishment - the milestone Matar Paneer.
